Microsoft Copilot
Design analysis
This shows the desktop version of Microsoft Copilot for the week of 2026-08-17, before scrolling. A narrow strip of icons on the left takes up about 4 percent of the screen width. The message box is the largest item on the screen. The greeting above it asks what to dive into today. The text is dark enough against the background to meet a common accessibility guideline. The outline of the message box is faint, but the hint text inside it is easy to read. Eight suggested prompts sit under the message box. A note at the bottom says it may make mistakes.
