Design analysis
This shows the desktop version of ChatGPT for the week of 2026-10-19, before scrolling. A sidebar takes up about a quarter of the screen width. A large blue picture below the message box stands out most on the screen. The main text is light enough against the dark background to meet a common accessibility guideline. Even the lightest text on the screen meets that guideline. The outline of the message box is faint, but the hint text inside it is easy to read. The message box sits in the middle, under the question "What's on the agenda today?" No note that it can make mistakes is visible on this screen. The Chat and Work items no longer appear in the top bar.
